Eggs On Legs Ltd provides freshly laid eggs direct from the farm.Standard delivery is free within designated areas or subject to minimum spends in some areas.

Our deliveries are extremely busy and we sell out most days.

Therefore we strongly recommend ordering early to avoid any disappointment. We only have limited stock each day and once the eggs are gone they are gone!!

The girls only lay when they want to and we cannot demand they lay more eggs because us humans couldn’t get organised.

Normally we deliver from Tuesday to Sunday between 9am & 9pm.

If you are not going to be home then you need to tell us where to leave (out of direct sun and rain please ) your fresh eggs without them being pinched or eaten by seagulls or hedgehogs.
We deliver to homes and businesses throughout the area.

Torquay & Paignton (no minimum spend)
Newton Abbot (One Tray minimum spend)
Heathfield (Two Trays minimum spend)
Brixham (Two Trays minimum spend)
Teignmouth (Two Trays minimum spend)
All orders to Newton, Brixham ,Heathfield & Teignmouth to be placed before 6pm to guarantee delivery.

We accept card payments of all kinds & bank transfer.
These are the cheapest ways for us to get your payment.
All our card payments are done through Square Inc.
We don’t hold any card details – Square Inc does all this stuff with your cards.

We don’t accept Paypal as its too expensive and we would have to pass the cost onto you.

We don’t like hard cash as we are tempted to spend it on cakes and sweets!

You can also pay with your card on our website at the time of your order’ Once your order has been submitted and accepted your payment will be charged to your credit/debit card.

If you have to use cash for whatever reason -skint ,card on overdraft ,no bank account ect ect – contact us to see if we can accept cash payment.
All our online payments are taken through Square Inc, who achieve the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard, adhering to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your details remain secure throughout the transaction process.

Debit/credit card issuers undertake their own validation and fraud checks and if they refuse to authorise a payment, our website will not accept your order by credit card. You will still be able to pay on delivery of course.


Delivery Policy

Eggs On Legs Ltd will deliver your order , free of charge unless otherwise agreed , using our own delivery staff, to the address registered by you on our website or using details supplied by “what 3 words” . Our staff will ensure your eggs are treated as you would expect and arrive fresh and in good condition.

So that we can minimise our carbon footprint, we will try to keep our delivery mileage as low as possible. That means we try to deliver in certain areas at certain times. We try to deliver to you that same day ( if you want us to ) but there may be a charge for this if you request same day delivery. We will normally deliver to you the following day, and as nearly as we can to your requested time.

Whilst we will take great care to package and deliver your eggs in good condition it is possible that very occasionally damage may occur in transit. Where possible please inspect your order upon delivery, or as soon as possible thereafter, to ensure you are happy with the eggs. In the event that you find a problem please notify our delivery person or contact us within 24 hours so that we can provide a replacement.

We will take every care in delivering your order but we cannot be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage or loss of profits you may incur if we fail to deliver the goods to you. Our policy on damaged eggs does not affect your statutory rights.


Return Policy

Although we’re sure that you’ll be pleased with our eggs , we’re told that we need to have a returns policy. So we’ll keep it short and easy, as follows:
We will take great care to select, pack and deliver your eggs fresh and in good condition. As with all perishable goods there may be very very rare occasions when you are not satisfied with the quality of the eggs, if so please do contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours, to discuss immediate replacement or a refund to your credit/debit card.
